Get Ready for the Ultimate Showdown in Marvel Snap!
A new tournament is on the horizon, and this time it’s all about taking your game to the next level! With a prize pool of $300 up for grabs, this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss!
The tournament is open to a maximum of 128 players who will play in a Swiss bracket for seven rounds of Best of 1 Battle Mode Matches. Once the top eight players are decided, they will advance into a Single Elimination Top-Cut Bracket. The Quarter-finals will be played simultaneously, followed by the Semi-finals matches one after the other, and then the Grand Final will be played after both the Semi-finals have concluded.
The tournament is scheduled for April 8th, starting at 12 pm EST/6 pm CET, and will be hosted by Alphos, the owner of Battle Arena. Alphos and the Battle Arena team are expecting to see Shuri Zero continue to dominate, but they’re hoping to see some new archetypes to counter Shuri, maybe/possibly/potentially even including the Hit Monkey card that was released with the new season that launched on April 2nd. While the team isn’t hopeful that the new card will shake up the meta, they’ve been surprised before and are excited to see if they’ll be surprised again.

In addition to the upcoming tournament…
The new season has added five new cards that are expected to be released on different dates throughout April. The first release, Nimrod — Series 5, was on April 4th. The second release, Snowguard — Series 5, is set for April 11th. Jeff the Baby Land Shark — Series 5, will be released on April 18th, and Stegron — Series 5, will be released on April 25th. Make sure to stay up to date with all of the new releases to ensure you have the best possible deck for the tournament.
